The Busy Control for Lync / OCS R2 module is now in pre-launch stage!
Busy Control allows to manage correctly the busy tone when using Lync in a voice scenario with a traditional PBX / IpPBX.

Is now released in Beta Stage the Busy Control for Lync / OCS R2: the tool allow to generate the busy tone in voice calls when a Lync / OCS R2 user is in a “In a call” or busy status.
